Britain's leader will push allies to deliver Ukrainian forces with more long-range missiles to target enemy locations during discussions in the UK capital on this Friday.

Britain's leader will host Ukrainian President Zelensky alongside what's known as "coalition of the willing", consisting of more than 20 of Kyiv's partners who have committed to provide Kyiv protection commitments once a ceasefire is arranged.

The Ukrainian leader has been pleading for an extended period for more advanced missile technology from allied countries, a step that Moscow has cautions would worsen the war.

President Zelensky is travelling from the EU capital, where he conferred with European representatives on the previous day seeking funding aid.
